Best site to exchange business money (USD to EUR)?

This is a general question, not really offshore related.
I need to exchange some money on my onshore company.

Which site offers the best exchange rates?
I've been looking at Revolut but I am still in the verification process. They ask for so many documents.

Any good alternatives besides revolut and transferwise ? (i need multiple currencies)
