You can register a offshore Company anywhere you want for this business, it's not the Company that will get you trouble but more like the bank account opening 🙂

dropshipping is not complicated to place in most jurisdictions! What you want to look at is the banking where most EMI providers like WorldCore, LeuPay and AdvCash will be much easier to open an account with compared to a real bank!
