Best place to form a company for trading US stocks

Hi everyone!
So glad I found this forum.
I'm looking into forming a Corp to hold US stocks as a NRA (non resident) of US.

Could anyone suggest a place based on experience ? If you can share the service provider you use that would be very much appreciated.

I don't need a banking account and plan to trade with a US broker using the corporation.
I've searched the forum but couldn't find much info about this.

I think you do need a bank account in name of your corp. Else how do you get the money to buy stocks to your broker account (that is in name of your corp)?
