Best Offshore Setup for Remote Canadian Content Company

Hi all,

I am a Canadian still living in Canada with a content media business. All my clients are in the USA.

As my business is remote, I am seeking an offshore business setup with banking to reduce taxes. I also need a PayPal account.

Any reputable and safe offshore setup you guys can recommend?

It's pointless unless you also plan to relocate to a tax haven. Any offshore company‌ that you control or manage from Canada is tax resident in Canada, and has to‍ pay tax in Canada just like a Canadian company.

That is correct. But, I will still pay corporate tax in Canada of 12.5% but‌ the income I pay myself will be a foreign investment income at 10%.

OR

I can pay about 50% in Canadian taxes
