Best offshore jurisdictions for paypal accounts

I don't want to work through a US company or bank, but my business is mainly done with US clients.

Are there any low/no tax IBC friendly countries that are easy to open a Paypal account with?

The residency issue concerns me and I'm curious what you guys do if your funds suddenly get trapped with a residency ID verification request from Paypal.

you may try UK company+ Transferwise bank details
anyway, PayPal is not friendly for business and even onshore companies have problems with it from time to time

you need to consider Stripe or 2checkout as alternative

Otherwise, Singapore with local bank account should work - but only in SGD
