Can you please tell me what is the best and less complicated setup for an EBay and Amazone sales business?

I need to take payments and that Means I will need paypal but also something to get Amazone sales.

What is the best offhshore country to register my Company? I thinking Cyprus??

Cyprus seems to be a great alternative to all the offshore corps. since it is‌ supported by both Ebay / PayPal and Amazone. If you have the money to incorporate‍ your business in Cyprus I would personally do that!
