Best jurisdiction to set up company Amazon seller

As the title suggests, can anybody recommend which jurisdiction/country would be best for Amazon sellers who are location independent?
Thinking :

Cyprus
UAE

Would like to minimize tax obligations. Thank you.

As I know you, need US bank account for US Amazon and EU bank account for EU Amazon

Can use alternative banking solutions like transferwise borderless, world first.
