I am looking to set up a company to publish apps on the Apple App Store / Google Play and sell SAAS digital services to customers globally.

My privacy. I would prefer not to have to disclose too much personal info publicly like DOB which seems to be commonly searchable e.g. in Estonia or UK
Simplicity of set up / reporting requirements - I don't want to have to do a lot of paperwork nor pay someone to do it
Cyprus does not publish this information only for director and shareholder which can be solved with nominees. You can search the forum for additional jurisdictions like Belize, Seychelles etc. that also works for privacy matters.
