Joomla, DLE, but all depends on your needs, wordpress is easiest for new users who does not know anything about html/css and other programming , and have much more plugins / themes available atm

Word Press is alot easier compared to Joomla. I use both!

1+ for wordpress. A lot of plugin developers for wordpress just makes the job fast and easy.
