I am a new member and have just joined while googling.

I need an offshore paypal to get paid easily and securely from my e-biz website.

where can be the easiest and cheapest option for me?
and it should be fast to get the bank account to make the paypal.

In the case of Paypal do you not need the Company, Banking and the Directors‌ to be in the same location?
