Best and most easy offshore bank you know please?

What's the best and easiest offshore bank you know of to open a bank account with? I have a low turnover per month and don't have big money to deposit.


There should not be any min. deposit and I need US$ account.

You may go through the lst here <removed> I prefer a Cyprus bank regardless what‌ they say out there about Cyprus and their banking it has been working for me‍ for years and won't switch.

Alternatives are Mauritius and St.Vincent Bank that both work stable and offer reliable Internet banking‌ for wire transfers.

Best and most easy bank was Piraeus Bank Cyprus, they changed their policy this year‌ so you may want to find alternatives on the already mentioned list.

Hellenic Bank Cyprus, ABC Bank Mauritius and BMI Bank in Belize are some of the‌ banks I know of that are easy to work with.
