Just wondering if a belize company has to do accounting and file annual reports?


Can a Belize company be formed with bearer shares if one would like to do so, and if so will it be possible to open a offshore bank account for such a company?

A Belize company do not need to file any annual report or have accounting in place, thats the one of the major benefits with an Belize IBC Company.


It is not possible to register a Belize company with bearer shares, further itm akes no sense since you won't also not be able to open a offshore bank account for the IBC if it is registered with bearer shares, the bank will require more details of the beneficial owner which brings it all down to that it isn't useful in anyway.

This is the financial Service comission and has nothing to do with the company registration body in Belize.
