Benefits of aged corporations?

What are the benefits of an aged corpoation exactly ? Why not a new off shore corporation?

Can you get credit faster if its aged?
Higher credit lines due to aged?
For offshore LLC's who is the representitive of the company ? If someone signs up to lets say a website or a service whos information is inputed ? The agent that registered and is representing the llc in behalf of the owner? Or the owner?
