Belize Tax reforms

Hi All,
anyone have experience with Belize tax system for Ltd. and in particular recent years changes? In the past, no accounting was required, recently it seems it is required to fill a 'simple' tax declaration and provide the accounting docs.
Do you know how serious they are and if we should be worried?

That has been a requirement for Seychelles and other offshore companies for the least 5‌ years. You simply complete it as you like and return it, no one will ever‍ ask questions or check if it's correct what you send.
