Iam trying to come up for a basic structure to get a startup related to an online business and process CCs Recieve SEPA transfers from other non UK EU countries. Not particularly interested in tax avoidance, but rather low maintenance cost and simplicity.

Thinking that I can use Stripe, Paypal and TW for this as they seem to be flexible according to future needs, as well as reputable. I have been thinking of getting a company under the name of a friend also from the same nationality he will act as a owner, director. I will act as a provider of that company and I would be paid via Payoneer then they would swift transfer me and I would get the funds back to my home country and and thus iam fine with paying taxes in my home country for foreign income. Iam expecting that with this structure the company would declare me as a provider and pay 80% of the income to me as expense., other expense is US based provider paid with corporate CC.

a.) Does this structure work as not to have tax issues for the company and pay expenses to me and not be viewed as frown upon?

b.) Would it be wise for it to be a UK LTD in terms of simplicity and maintenance/accounting cost? or perhaps Estonia? or some other?

c.) Would Stripe/Paypal from the UK have issues with the director not residing or being a EU resident?

d.) Because most EU countries have CRS cooperating with the home country of the directory/shareholder they wouldnt need to report the director because he will never get dividends, right?

e.) Is there any reputable provider that could "rent a company" for me and simply take 5% of the income and send me the profit via Payoneer so I dont have to worry about Taxes/Bank Accounts/Companies for the first 1-2 years?

Expected revenue is $10k per month with handful of clients for the first 1-2 years, and no Iam not from Venezuela, or controvertial country.
