Can you recommend banks (or EMIs offering personal IBAN) which allow remote account opening for‌ non-EEA (Georgian) residents?

Paxum doesn't offer personal IBAN (account in your name), right? I guess it's the same‌ for payoneer and paysera..

Paysera offers you dedictaed IBAN in‍ your name for SEPA and SWIFT in EURO.

Payoneer offers IBAN in your name as⁠ well but very restrictive.

Paxum issued for EURO Wirecard Bank IBAN starting with DE.

Are any of them crypto⁠ friendly? And do they also support outgoing SEPA/SWIFT transfers in your own name?

I thought that wirecard Bank⁠ is bankrupted? I used Payoneer Wirecard bank but now they said that it just uses⁤ to receive payment from limited sources. How about Wirecard Bank IBan in Paxum?

Yes that's right however Wirecard Bank is⁠ still around as well as Wirecard Card Solutions - still some providers using the card⁤ services.

Didn't checked with Paxum since 03/2020.

I just checked Paxum and they are not providing german Iban⁠ at the moment, only UK Iban now 🙁(
