I established IBC in Seychelles for investment purposes. Initially to manage my own funds and in the future to transform it into a hedge fund or another type of investment vehicle which accepts external investors. I am sole shareholder and Director. I am Bulgarian citizen (EU country). Now I am working on opening trading account for my IBC. I have an individual account with Interactive and I had plans to use them for my corporate account. Since they paid 40 million penalties to SEC in August they do not accept Seychelles domiciled companies any more. I am in progress opening trading account with Swissquote. The application process seems to be smooth and they accept Seychelles companies. Now I am looking to open corporate bank account.
Based on the above background can you recommend suitable bank for my purposes?
