any thoughts on:

1 - where to incorporate?
2- which country to do our banking in ? (We don't want a European country as it seems they micromanage peoples bank accounts.)

3- should it be a bank account or a payment processor to settle selling our currency or trading it with Bitcoin which will be possible. We have one of the finest engineer in the world and he's working on it for a month now. I was thinking a Merchant account that works for casino should be doable for us too! But idk I'm open for any creative thoughts. The possible issue is transferring hundreds of thousands/few millions at a time to different bank accounts as our business become active. We have a good robust KYC/AML and CFT procedures and policies. Another issue: daily limits on transferring money etc

About us:
The business will be in a country that doesn't have any laws for or against crypto. Our clients will be exclusively from there. Minimum must buy with. 100,000$

I would go for a Cyprus license for Crypto, but the question is very hard to answer, you have given some details but nothing about your financial situation which could shed some light on what to do and where to setup!?

Hi
We are not interested in setting up in any place in EU or getting a license. We want to be in unregulated environment because our target clients are from an unregulated market and if we are to get a license in the future it should be from there only. If that make sense.

Anyone has thought on Nevis ?
