Does anyone know which US EMIs (Mercury, Brex, etc.) would be willing to open a USD bank account for a US LLC that would be a wholly-owned subsidiary of an EU limited company?

The US LLC would be formed in Wyoming or New Mexico and would be member-managed.

Context: The EU limited company would serve as a HoldCo whereas the US LLC would serve as an OpCo and also as a privacy shield towards customers. And yes, I know that the LLC would be a CFC of the EU company. That's not an issue - in fact, it's a good thing.

Hello, I do not have a company in Europe, only in the US, and I have created it in NM. I use Mercury and I even use Payonner for the company to be able to manage more limits in the bank, since the problem may be billing and transfer limits. in the bank
