Bahamas villa for sale in crypto

Hey crypto friends! I am selling my beachfront villa in the Bahamas. All crypto accepted. Of course Bahamas is a zero tax country.
The house is currently being renovated, 6-8 weeks expected completion. If you buy now you have the opportunity to customize it as you like and also obtain a better price. 4000sqft with 1 ac garden.

Happy to share more information in private! I can also put you in contact with the realtor from Coldwell Banker. The house is not officially on the market.

Sale price at this stage: $1.4m crypto equivalent. When renovation is completed: $1.8m
It qualifies for permanent residence, which is quite simple to obtain.

Guys, when I say “all crypto accepted” I don't mean just any type of shitcoin! Lol
Stick to the top 50-100 please, don't ask me if I accept number 3581 of the list!

The house is not officially on the market”¦ it will look differently when the renovation works are completed, anyway this is how it was when I used it (I have moved to a bigger one). If you want more details contact me privately.

Out of curiosity, where is the best place to live in Bahamas for a family with school age kids? Somewhere close to British schools but possibly to live in the beach villa in upscale place with nice restaurants nearby?

The definition of “best” is subjective”¦ it also depends on what kind of education you want for your kids. In Nassau you find a “Miami kind of” lifestyle including traffic and crime, with international schools, all services and high prices (forget a villa like that on a beach for $1.4m).
Eleuthera is a well developed (fiber internet, schools, airports etc) family island with a more genuine lifestyle and in contact with the nature. No crime, no pollution, never crowded.
Then there are less developed or private islands, where the challenges are on par with the beauty of the place. There are families who live in those places and home school their kids, much like those who live permanently on a boat. Some small islands are remote, others just a few minutes ride from the “mainland” by boat.
Any place you choose you never get bored!

Paradise Island period. Queens College for kids is close by to it.

Lyford Cay international school is good too.
The Island School on Eleuthera is unique, highly recommended to spend at least one semester there.
