Avoid or simply reduce tax with a Cyprus or Seychelles company, how?

Can anyone shed some light on how to avoid or only reduce the tax for a UK company by forming a Seychelles or Cyprus company?


I'm sorry I know it's a broad question and I may need to be more specific, but I don't have such knowledge to be so.

Not difficult, you may simply avoid reporting your tax to the local auth. In the Seychelles you don't need any accounting or filing of tax, so there is no one to report anything to .0)
