I am wondering if anyone knows reliable and trustworthy vendor who sells ATM prepaid cards, that can be electronically loaded with USA credit or debit card (the so called ''card to card transfer''), in higher quantity? So several prepaid cards.
I saw many prepaid cards providers, even USA ones, but all of them can ship only one card to one address and it is taking too long time. Already checked ebay but noone is selling them.
