Some of those sites do deliver traffic but the quality of the visitors tend to be very low. If you have an ecommerce site then you are better off investing some funds in pay per click advertising with Adwords.

IMO traffic exchange sites don't give good results. You'll get the hits but you won't get clickthroughs. And nobody's gonna be reading you content.


The best way is by adding backlinks to your site by commenting in other blogs, forum posting, and of course, getting your site listed in adwords.
