Any limitation on who can open Offshore company?

Is there any limitation on who can register a offshore company or can simply just anyone do that?


Are there for certain citisens restrictions or additional documents that need to be provided?

No there are defiantly no limitations on who can register a offshore company! As long‌ as you can provide the required documents i.e. passport copy and utility bill then there‍ are no problems.
