Is there any EMI accepting residents from outside the EU area?

I have a friend‌ from Philippines who would like to have an IBAN to receive payments from EU customers‍ as a freelance.

Watch out OP -‌ Bankera never verified my document due to non-english characters displayed in it - even if‍ there were duplicates of each field in English and I do live in an EU⁠ member state.

Can you show me⁠ the example? I never had any issues with providing non-English docs that were translated to⁤ English.

I don’t think Bankera will even open an account? Paid the fees and provided all‌ answers to their stupid questions which they keep asking again and again and still over‍ 2 months without an account setup. Just a waste of time and money i guess.⁠
