Any crypto exchange where EU users can buy USDT?

Hello everyone,

As the title says.

As of April 2025, do you know which centralized crypto exchanges still allow EU users to buy USDT with EUR?

Ideally the exchange should also support fiat deposit via SEPA transfer.

Used it multiple times (last time november 24) never had any problems

it has been closed for eu residents earlier this year

You could just buy USDC at Kraken, Binance or Coinbase and swap it to USDT at a decentralized exchange such as Uniswap.

USDT is not MiCA compliant therefore any exchange having operations in the EU cannot legally offer USDT purchase to EU residents.

As pointed out previously, many do. Mainly the ones that have nothing to do with the EU.
