I need to AUS utility bill to proof for paypal (not random name and address, I will give you name and address)
I found few website on google but they are closed and do not work anymore so I want to find provider in this forum
if you guys know good provider or web site, please leave me a comment

There are a lot of these services around that can be used for PayPal verification. You may Google it, there is another thread where you can find a list of services that provide PP verification documents for cheap.
