Depends on the current volume of the ethereum network and gas fees so they are‌ different every second. Uniswap does tend to have higher fees tbh, but worth it

tradeogre is an exchange where you can trade without kyc. They have btc and eth.‌

I like fixedfloat, not sure if that's something you're interested in. It has a 0.5%‌ - 1% rate (variable vs fixed) and is quite fast in my experience.
