Hello - Im looking for advice on finding an angel investor or securing a loan to develop two game changing innovation websites. A quick overview of the websites are the following. I do not need anonymity and they may be considered adult but are clean entertainment and have full banking facilities in place.
"OurRippleffect" - a video platform to showcase talent, models, musicians, bands, fashion and inventions needing exposure or funding. New ideas and concepts sold under our license or management contract. Pages include a donation and charitable fundraising page for talent or projects needing sponsorship. Also a global shopfront for home-based artisan and craftwork ie fashion, art, jewellery - speciality one-offs. An eBay for unique hard to source/hand made global products which will provide an income in developing countries.

I am open to the structure of the capital injection either as equity or a loan. Or a loan can be secured against residential freehold property in New Zealand. If equity is preferred then the shareholding can be negotiated depending on the value and requirements of the investor. An investor as a silent partner or active role with professional expertise is very welcome. Flexibility can be negotiated to suit the investors capacity and appetite.
The funding is primarily to commence a global advertising campaign which incorporates Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok. Buy influencer reviews on Instagram, running competitions with cash prizes for most viewed, best new talent etc- OurRippleffect will gain immediate traction as contestant/clients enable viral sharing of individual campaigns to secure the prize money. I have a full set of documents, business plan, executive summary and powerpoint slide pitch which i am happy to email to anyone interested in further details. I might consider selling the dating site with company registration in NZ and banking in place as an alternative.
