I think I need some help understanding how things works, and how they can work.
Based on the info I got from some Mentor group members, what I should be looking for is Cyprus to get a EU card processor.
I'm planning to start a business - selling digital goods like gift cards and virtual currency, etc. The important thing there is that we can provide gift cards preloaded with custom amount of money, and the target market is Russia.
The end goal of this whole setup is to be able to accept credit card payments on the website, but with some additional requirements:
- completely anonymous for me - I would like not to provide any personal documents
- I would need a paygate/merchant that will ask as little questions as possible
- have a way to withdraw to a card or transfer to another bank account
Ok, so that's that.
So here are my questions about the whole setup:
- Let's say one month later I will have $100k on a bank account, how will I withdraw them? Using a plastic card? What would be the limits - how many cards can I have, what will be the monthly withdrawal limit? Will that card be directly connected to the Cyprus company bank account? Do I need a proxy company, where I would transfer funds from Cyprus and withdraw them via card from that proxy company?
- How soon the bank/processor will freeze the assets and start asking for documents, etc.? If this happens what kind of documents should I be ready to provide, and is there a way around it? What is the maximum amount that a user can pay via the processor without causing any questions?
- In case I'm using darks, do I need to care about taxes?
- Any other reporting I should care/be aware about?
- How long can this setup last, before I need to get a similar setup again?
- Who would be the best processor for my case?
- How do I order cards, in a way where I don't have to provide my home address or my name?
