Alertpay and offshore company, maybe Cyprus?

Does anyone heard of Alertpay? They look like paypal but can accept better business and not allowed in PayPal business.


Alertay is situated in Cyprus, I wonder if you know if we can apply with Cyprus company for Alertpay account?

We gor reports back from existing clients that Alertpay accept Cyprus companies. At the moment‌ we read they have processing problems, so please check if that is true.
