Aims and Objectives of Cyprus Offshore Companies?

Cyprus is nice place in Europe to start an Offshore company. What should be your aims and objectives of an Offshore Company, if you are going to establish it in Cyprus?

Presently Cyprus as an offshore destination in Europe offers a lot for the business enthusiasts to start a offshore company there. I think Cyprus is a Tax incentive country rather than a Tax heaven. So I would expect, it should be a tax heaven for investors.

Thats also what I think, also Cyprus is a stable country well regulated and it is pretty easy to establish a company in Cyprus.
