AIFC hasn't quite been the success they had hoped for, but there are some companies licensed there. One of the most popular is Collect&Pay (COLLECT&PAY - Collect Wisely & Pay Safely). Last I checked, they had a pretty impressive network of partner/correspondent banks. Fees are horrendous, though.
