I am about to start a new project that will be an affiliate network for financial related services (loans, credit cards, forex, no crypto, no gambling).
Do you have to suggest a proper structure, country of incorporation, bank, payment gateway that satisfies the following requirements?
1) The company will accepts credit card payments through web sites from world wide users.
2) The company will send wires to they affiliate networks their commissions every week. The wire destinations are world wide.
3) I want to have the bare minimum book keeping / tax reporting
4) Some level of privacy
5) The expected yearly volume will be over $5mil.
Any advise is welcome.
