AEOI , Bank Account , Best Structure to sell Online

I have these problems with some of my clients. I hope to find the best solution with you.

1 - Scottish company, owner outside of Europe , he needs to open a bank account and a payment gateway, to sell on his own website. His residence is not affected by AEOI . What do you recommend?

2 - European client lives in Europe , It sells on Amazon and Ebay , but he has got tired of the competition and wants to find a long-term solution to work properly. What is the best solution? And with AEOI?

3 - Chinese customer lives in Europe, he also sells on Amazon and Ebay and also himself problems.

Now then my final question, How did the richer, politicians, etc. solve the problem of automatic information exchange?

Open an account with one of the Cyprus banks or simply use an EMI like MisterTango, Leupay or Revolut! for payment services, use 2co, wirecard or globalpay depending on what business your client is into.

They setup a Foundation either in the Seychelles or Belize, that's a very common way around it, not cheap and easy but a good way to avoid taxes.

2 - We are looking for the optimal business solution to accept payments with PayPal and pass all the Amazon checks.
Furthermore any open structure will be reported with CRS? Is there any solution to this problem?

You want to look into MisterTango or a Cyprus bank like former Piraeus Bnk Cyprus and Bank of Cyprus, they work great for most people into "normal" business.

Could you elaborate what you mean by "foundation"? Just a company? Why is Seychelles special? They still are part of CRS and share information. How does having a Seychelles company help avoid AEOI? You still need to open bank and all normal banks are in CRS countries.
