I need to get offshore company for my business e-currency exchange, what is best offshore country to open offshore company?

So you will need a financial license in order to conduct such business at least‌ if you require a bank account or processing services!

The Seychelles CSL or Mutual fund‍ or Cyprus CySec licensed company would be an option.

It depends actually on your budget, please note that it is very expansive to setup‌ a Mutual Fund in the Seychelles it is less expansive with an CSL company, but‍ both are different things.

Also the Cyprus CIF license is costly and requires a lot⁠ of capital ranging from EUR 200.000 to 1 million!
