Advice pleae, I'm from Philippines, need offshore company?

So you will need a financial license in order to conduct such business at least if you require a bank account or processing services!


The Seychelles CSL or Mutual fund or Cyprus CySec licensed company would be an option.


May I ask what your budget is to accomplish this and do you have any background knowledge in the Industry?

What is best CSL company or Mutual Fund in Seychelles or FIC license in Cyprus?
 
It depends actually on your budget, please note that it is very expansive to setup a Mutual Fund in the Seychelles it is less expansive with an CSL company, but both are different things.


Also the Cyprus CIF license is costly and requires a lot of capital ranging from EUR 200.000 to 1 million!

a Seychelles CSL for financial services sounds to be a cheap and smooth step to take to become licensed. Can you tell if there are any limitations?
 
The limitations come to the number of investors which is limited to 50 in certain setups. For more details please submit a ticket.

Only 50 Investors for a Seychelles CSL is no problem. Are there any other limitations?
