Address question about DARKS

Hi, Everyone

I have a question about the address you use on the darks to register offshore company. I assume once the company is formed, I will need to be able to receive corporate documents at the address I provided on the darks. I thought about po box at UPS store address. But a simple google search will reveal the address is actually a UPS store. Is this going to be an issue with the incorporator and the bank? Please advise. Thanks a lot!

You can open a real bank account using DARKS! This is too risky and you will get troubles. For the company formation itself it's not a problem at all to use even the UPS store address, most often the agent will don't even check the address! If they should they don't care.

I will use real passport but fake notary, utility bill and address for the banks. Would this be risky as well?

No, for the company formation there will be no problem doing that!

As you may have read from the various other threads about DARKS it's not possible to open any bank account with darks!

Find a homeless or docs on the Deep Web to achieve this!
