Accounting records sample/template

As you may know, Seychelles is asking for accounting records.
I have an accountant who can do it but we are unsure about the format.

Does anybody here have a sample or template so we can have an idea of how to do it?

If your account is not familiar with IFRS Standards then find a new one....lol.
