good evening, are there banks or EMIs that open accounts for unlicensed Forex companies based in Saint Vincent ??? no bankera that does not open the account even to companies in Europe.

That's wrong. They could potentially open an account for SVG forex as well, but⁤ it all depends on your legal side (KYC/AML policies and how do you perform them).⁣ The same will apply to Pacific Private Bank too.
