Anyone have a recommendation for Bank that will easily onboard a Foundation registered in Liechtenstein?
The entity mostly holds assets for family investments.

Don't set up a foundation if what you're putting isn't well into six figures, normally‌ seven figures.

Foundations tend to be difficult for banks to onboard and keep. Banks that‍ work with such structures at all want to see some ROI, which they won't if⁠ you're depositing a low five figure sum.

if you register a foundation⁠ in the Czech republic and you will most likely have zero issues to find a⁤ local bank to service you - even if you're a foreigner (unless from Iran, Libya,⁣ or similar)
