I used to teach economics at Tufts University in Boston. While there I was one of the highest rated instructors they had in the entire university. I left academia to pursue a career on Wall Street where I've traded derivatives on just about everything and managed derivative desks at some of the large global banks before moving over to the hedge fund side where I ran option portfolios on just about everything. While I was at the banks, I was involved in educating junior traders as well as marketers and also the middle and back-office groups.

For the past six years I have been tutoring and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in all facets of economics and finance some of my former students are now working at hedge funds or family offices and they have hired me to take them through John's Hull’s textbook entitled “options, futures and other derivatives.” This is the handbook for the managers of derivatives desks. It covers topics on just about everything. What I would like to do is get 5 or 6 people who are really serious in learning about this stuff and run sessions two or three times a week about 6 hours a week. We would do this remotely on either Google meet or Microsoft Teams.

If you have any interest in this, you can reach out to me at lenny.dendunnan@gmail.com.

I can provide references which are impeccable. You might like my resume as well

It doesn't require prior knowledge. Experience with Excel will help

My goal is to get class of 5 to take this course. If you know people please let me know. In addition. Final are coming up and I am the best darn economics and finance tutor around (all modesty aside). If you know [people who could use my help send them my way.

We should do a quick phone call. I have taught series 3 classes. Series 7 I just spent a day going through the study packet and couple of practice tests. Of course I had 15 =20 years experience at the time

It would be nice if you share more details.
We would need to talk. I am semi retired and do a great deal of on line tutoring. I would need to get a feel for who you are, how committed you are.......etc

Where are you located?

Series 3 comes from a Chicago CFTC/NFA mentality the 7 comes more from an SEC/NASD mentality. 2 different animals

Lenny.dendunnen@gmail.com, if you want to schedule a call

No problem. I have a former student in Geneva who is now the COO of a family office. I have been taking her through a rigorous derivatives program of my own design. I helped her through 5 courses for her Masters in Computational Finance. I am a great teacher with decades of real world experience.

Would you like to do something?
