I already have a very successful Amazon business that is incorporated in the UK. For Brexit and tax reasons I would like to move the sales of the business to a new account incorporated in Cyprus or maybe another low tax jurisdiction.

Instead of just updating the company info on the existing account I would prefer to open a 2nd Amazon account. I would slowly move the sales to the new Amazon account and keep the old UK account as back up.
The problem is that Amazon does not allow you to have multiple selling accounts selling the same products. If I create a new Amazon account with a new Cyprus entity with nominee directors/shareholders they still check the UBO and therefore ask for the passport and other details of the nominee director/shareholder.

For the right price will the nominee director do this? Is there easier ways to do it? (I also have to be sure this person does not open additional amazon accounts in the future that would then jeopardize this account)

Is there some easier way I am missing besides using friends or family? I have no problem spending 10K or even 20K a year on this if I could make it work.
