Now I'm back with new findings, some of you may already know about it but for everyone else you must continue to read.

I have found the following payment processors to accept darks without additional question asked:
I spend a few thousand euros to get a real good website setup, it is a professional designed website, with logo and everything else needed, the site is a retail store with kitchen utensils, glasses, crockery, cutlery, vases, candlesticks, etc.

Everything is setup, so I faked some processing history 6 month back, showing everything is going smooth, processing history was used with PayPal logo, they are unable to check this.

The darks I got from another user inside OCT they are real darks and of high quality, I send it to each of the processors together with bank statement, utility bill and even a selfie which one required. All good.

For the entire setup I already had the following in place:
That's it, all payment processors accepted the setup and documents, I have processing facilities with each and one of the listed, it's awesome.

In the near future and as COVID-19 and the rest of the fake virus will vanish again I will relocate to some country with better tax freedom to enjoy counting my money as a free man.

Thank you for this information. Can you kindly separate which of these payment processors require selfie and which ones don't?
 
This will work with almost any of the payment processors around and especially for the high risk processors which already have troubles to stay compliant.
 
You need a virtual terminal for this, many providers offer that even paypal, so this method will work for you. Instabill offer a similar terminal that can be used for MOTO / Mail order / Telephone order payments!

Yes but what is the ideal business for this to tell the merchants? Because if I tell the merchants who I have high risk business, they dont want to offer me MOTO, only 3d payments...
 
Regardless of how you do it you need a cover website reflecting the price figures that you are going to charge on your virtual terminal.

So you need to choose a business category that is not considered high risk, something selling goods.

You need to get a really professional website setup, not some cheap s**t wordpress, otherwise you will fail.
 
I want to add what already has been told a few times in other threads!

A. You want to make sure that you setup a legitimated cover business including a professional website to keep your "not legit business" hidden from the public.
If you do so, you need to have your hosting skills to do redirection of trafic.

B. You want to get a company account for payments from the payment processor to avoid large sums stuck with the banks and you want to prepare invoices for each transfer should your bank or processor ask for it. It looks much better if you can reply to them almost right away because you are prepared rather then days after, so they know something is wrong.

Agree, from my personal experience the last months and reading here I see only 5% put an effort into testing the many many tips and tricks posted about at OCT and they don't post here, the rest are expecting to be spoon feed.

now i have finished the dark setup LTD all is fine. The problem is "history 6 month back, showing everything is going smooth, processing history was used with PayPal logo, they are unable to check this."
My company is newly created. How do I fake data of a 6 month old and my company just to have 1 week of life ? What kind of history should I fake ? personal or business ?
What i should put on history stats? business activity sales or personal movement ? Can you please give me more details ? any one here on OCT can provide an example ?

i am still confused about this.

you made a mistake, not possible.

That's why you need to plan and structure before you just do something.

You need to setup something new with a aged company!

Now i just created a new company LTD with DARK, now i need a merchant account, i already created a nice website, any suggestion how to do this correctly please? I have also an old company LTD DARK dated a few months ago, i got banned in stripe with this company and the date of doc's DARK is old now.
Can anyone here on OCT provide an example of paypal stats please ?

you need to structure the website to look professional and include everything you would put on a real website, visa / mc logos, professional written text, product / service description and what else you need. check the url structure of the website, if it's a simple wordpress with no fancy plugins like SEO optimizing tools or similar you can forget it.

If you don't know how to setup a professional website, get someone to do it for you, spend a 1k on it and you will be fine.

After that you go for a service provider to incorporate your company, there are several in the resource section https://www.offshorecorptalk.com/resources/ where you easily can use darks, I don't want to mention names since I know some of them are around rea#44!

So you can use service like Durango Merchant service or any of the high risk processors also in the resource section to apply for an account, use the same darks as you use for the company formation, make sure they are worth it, i.e. @dirtyharry or @TRX or some of these providers can help you with high quality darks if you don't have one already.

Now go and follow my steps in the initial post.

website done professional, i'm developer so that is easy task for me.
Company already created (2 for now) with DARK, the main issue is the fake stats of 6 month now, how is look like and what i should put on them ? personal account or company ? (company not aged yet) that is an issue ?

Check the PayPal activity log, that's a good example how it should look.

Most payment processors look similar. Search google for examples, there is tons of it out there!
