Ive been lurking and certainly going to ask questions so I wanted to offer some information as prepayment.

Virtual mailbox that will scan debit/credit cards:
They will scan the front of the card for you, but not the back as it is a security risk Can you scan both sides of my debit or credit card? - VirtualPostMail
They will scan the back of the card through an email request, one free, each aditional is $3. Can you scan both sides of my debit or credit card? - VirtualPostMail

Now you just need the USPS Form 1583:
https://help.virtualpostmail.com/article/82-article-usps-form-1583
Fill put the form, you need an ID picture and utility bill or some proof of address. Easy to obtain. You can then notarize it (which just requires a stamp, which you can make or buy) or you can take a selfie holding the ID. "you" and also supplied easily online. Lastly how do you receive physical packages or card? Some will forward to real address but to me IDK about that bc I dont know if they keep records.

Receive Physical Mail:
#1 If you live in an apt complex start mailing random envelopes to each apt number. Look back in a few days and see which apt #s put the mail on the mail table. Youl lknwo bc youll see the envelope lol. Its common, people will simply think it was mislabeled and they leave it out for their neighbors to chance upon. Once you've done that you found a trusted apt neighbor who you can mail something to and they will eave it out for you.

#2 Look on NextDoor app if in USA. You will often see package posts like "Does anyone know Stan Smith? I have his package!" People trying to be good neighbors. So find some near you that do that, might take a week or two, or you can do as before, mail out a ton of random envelopes and see if any make it on the NextDoor app. Youve then found a naive accomplice to receive your mail for you once or twice! You wont have ID likely so maybe keep a picture of it on your phone and say you lost your ID but hey its on my phone let me pull it up. They might want to confirm its you.

#3 Abandoned lots/homes. They can still receive mail. You can put up a mailbox if needed and put a number on it. Make sure its visible to the post man. Test it out with some empty/trial stuff you send it.

#4 Easiest honestly, just buy a damned novelty ID and utility bill and walk into the UPS Store, pay cash, walk out with your mailbox key in 5 minutes no questions asked. They arent running the IDs and such lol.

Not bad, thanks for the hint and links in the post you made. It can be very useful for some of the many around here seeking special help for their anonymous setup.

Well, you create the account with good / real darks and get it send to that anonymous mail box, or another one. It's not difficult with the two mentioned.
