I have used this company several times (around five offshore companies in different jurisdictions), and all has been well so far. Note that I have only opened companies, not used banking introduction.

US LLC or UK LLP for my situation?

This is , of course, an option. The problem with this solution is that your dormant UK ltd will be a taxable entity in the UK (unless you try to get it taxed in your home country instead), wheras an LLP is not a taxable entity. So, unless your LLP agreement is properly made (and I am a bit...

EMI like transferwise/revolut for EU company

I know that they seem to allow to receive from crypto platforms, and it might be that this also works well. The feedback I have received from multiple clients that are using/have been using Transferwise is that they have been shut down due to receiving funds from crypto exchanges, so it is a bit...

Yes, TW accepts UK LLPs, also with foreign partnes.

    PAYEER CRS-reporting

Yes. The point is that they are not deposit takers. I think UK was the first country who clarified this, although for EMIs it was very clear from the beginning. Here is one PWC paper from 2017 regarding Malta which states exactly the same...

    Recommendations for offshore holding company

Yes, Scandinavian (and also the Nordic) countries are super strict. But, your point is very valid. If there is a DTA that will override domestic law. So, as long as you move to a country your prior resident country have a DTA with, you will be fine. But, you will probably have to file your taxes...

    Non-trading / dormant company

Agree. Seychells an Belize are the most inexpensive offshore options. True. If you open a UK ltd now, your first filing requirement will be in 2022 (November). But, you can file it as a company that has no activity in the UK and then it will be considered dormant. If a company is considered to...

U.K. Ltd with Seychelles holding Co?

Nailed it. My longer answers would be: 1. Yes 2. Nonthing on corporate taxes. Since the UK does not have witholding taxes you could potentially save taxes on dividends from the UK ltd to the Seychelles holding company. But, UK CFC rules or "re-domicile" rules can alter this depending on the...

UK Ltd or LLP what's the best and how to pay less tax?

In general, as long as the LLP does not have a UK resident partner (person or if the partner is a company then a UK resident director of that company), you will struggle with a UK bank account. A UK LLP with offshore companies as partners will get an EMI account in Europe. The same applies if...

UK Ltd or LLP what's the best and how to pay less tax?

Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, to name some high taxed countries. But, note that this do not mean that payments will always be classefied as dividends to partners in these countries. It will depend on the situation.

Any country left in this world that does not comply to FATCA?

There is actually many countries that have not signed FATCA on a state level. But, what you will find is that many banks in these countries have signed up individually.

Best jurisdiction to create many investing entities LTD

You can do this in several jurisdictions. The discussion here is the "lower threshold" of an investment company/fund that needs to be licensed. In BVI this is legal. But there you can also open a unregistered (privat) fund with less than 50 investors. This can also be achived in jurisdictions...

    PAYEER CRS-reporting

They do not report because they are excempt from reporting. This might change in the future. But, and this is important, you have to check witch license they operate under. Revolut has a banking license as well, so if they use this license they will have to report.

UK Ltd or LLP what's the best and how to pay less tax?

Agree. But, that is, of course, not how you structure it. The secret is in the partnership agreement and which countries the partner companies are in. An LLP setup is not good for privacy though, so if that is a major concern use some other jurisdiction than the UK.

EMI to transfer payments from PayPal

If you say so.... Paypal rejected my EMI with an IBAN not corresponding with my country but accepted an EMI with a corresponding IBAN. I have also had several clients with the same problem. But, it MIGHT be another explenation. As I do not work at PayPal I cannot really tell.

EMI to transfer payments from PayPal

You can use an EMI if you live in Europe, but it needs to be an EMI that gives you "the right" IBAN number. The IBAN starts with two letters that indicates the country. DE is Germany, ES Spain, GB UK, etc. Transferwise gives you a BE (Belgium) IBAN, so it might work if you live in Belgium (it...

EMI to transfer payments from PayPal

Depends on your country. PayPal has different rules for different countries. But, in general, you can only transfer money to a bank account in your home country. For a number of countries they also accept a US bank account.
