Update: Everything finished through Fred and DLS, a little bit of hair pulling as Fred got sick and was out of commission for awhile. Everything did end up getting completed. I have been busy and haven't got a change to meet up with Fred in person yet. but it is on the todo list early this year...- M4S

I was in contact with Dina today, received my renewal for signature as well. Took 4 days. She said my email was stuck in here spam folder. Hopefully she gets back to the others that are waiting.- M4S

No he is currently out of the country. He is scheduled back early November Fred has never left us hanging for anything. Always great service, sometime slow in response but he always got back to us. Everything as advertised and made good on what he promised even if it was extra effort in his...- M4S
