    Try to make some improvements on your E-book. Also Amazon could be better than iTunes because they are more lenient than iTunes. Don't give up just yet.

    Depending on the product should you think of a web host. Wix is so far good. I have a friend who uses it and so far, she's gaining a lot of success from it.

    You can try selling them on Amazon or E-bay. But I would suggest you do it with Amazon or iTunes. These sites have more followers or clients who really purchase.

    It doesn't have to take 7 days! It should be loaded when you transfer it. It's digital now so loading your debit card is going to be in real time.

    You won't be able to convert it directly from Moneybookers to Paypal. You will have to withdraw that first to your bank account before transferring it to your paypal. I know it's a hassle but it is what it is.

    Yes I do. Especially when it's from a friend that I really know. It's okay to do business with friends and family. There is definitely nothing wrong with that.

    As far as I know you can connect your checking account with your paypal. But I am not sure if they can process check payments for your expenses or purchases. That's really a different kind of deal.

    It's hard to find an alternative but I guess it's just best that you do all transactions directly from and to your bank account. That will actually save you from Paypal's charges. But if you must really use paypal, then you have to connect your bank account to it.

    It's possible that you can use a US bank account. Still if you need paypal, you have to declare your bank's name there and all the details must tally with your name, account number from the bank and the address. So far this is what I really know.

    I'm a little confused. To whom are you going to transfer it? But as far as I can understand here, your company has to have a bank account connected to its name in the same address.

    People in the IT industry use this a lot these days. Especially if they find a country with low cost of living. The labor will be paid less too if they hire employees. It's a wise move I will say.

    You will have to have at least be called a legal resident of another country to be granted access to create a bank account with them. There are others who accept foreigners, but still they will need a ton of documentation especially they will gruel you on why would you rather have your money in...
