So at the end, just a vps is the way to go in your opinion? I was reading and I see that most of the people here recommends just the VPS. Not any combination like a vpn inside a vps or something like that. Some guy recommends the use of tor/tails but was a very old thread.- Mister May

PayPal verification help
Its not a new policy. Paypal always request utility bill or drivers License after some time. Even if your Paypal account its not an US Paypal they will request to verify your account. Its possible to avoid this, but you need to follow some steps BEFORE than they request the documents.- Mister May
