    Not that I'm aware of. Individual and fixed deposit account for two years. The bank gave me a letter of this and I hired to Altaresh to help with the Golden Visa application who took care of everything.

    Could be real estate, a brokers account from Georgia or even from a bank account in Georgia. It can be transferred out of Georgia after the application.

    In Kyrgyzstan you got withholding of 10% (in most cases) on further royalties though. Unless there is some incentive in any of the FEZs that this doesn't apply to.

    The bank is good. It's probably the safest bank in the UAE or one of them. They always try to sell new things and additional things when you sign up, but after declining those and making this deposit, they haven't really been on me that much (compared with other banks I deal with).

    Sweden probably. You can buy a piece of land in the middle of nowhere for rather little money (gets cheaper the further north go you). If I recall, you don't have much of a permit for building things if it's your own land and you have no neighbors. No property tax.

    AFAIK there are only two cards in the UAE without FX fees and none of them do cashback. One of them is FAB Infinite Travel and the other one I forgot but it's also a travel card.
